Question: Is there such a thing as seedless blackberries?  If so where can I find some plants right away.
Thanks so much for your time, and your great website.

Answer: I wish!!!  I thought the industry was doing well with all the new, yummy THORNLESS blackberry choices.  To the best of my knowledge, there is no seedless blackberry plants - at least not that is worth eating.  Given enough breeding time and I am sure that will change.  Using a Google search, I see lots of "seedless blackberry..." jams and deserts where the seeds are strained out.  A few mail order firms suggesting a seeded blackberry being considered "seedless".  I disagree.  I welcome being proven wrong because it would be a great seller.  As a leading nursery grower in the industry, I believe a good seedless blackberry plant would have come on our radar if it truly existed.
